Mike Anestis received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Florida State University and currently serves as a post-doctoral fellow for the Military Suicide Research Consortium. Mike's research focuses on emotion dysregulation and suicide.

Joye Cox Anestis serves as a pre-doctoral intern at the Minneapolis VAMC and is a doctoral candidate in the clinical psychology department at Florida State University. Joye's research focuses on issues concerning mentally ill offenders, as well as the assessment of and sex differences in personality disorders and psychopathy.
