From a person who may admit they behave in this way however, I dont agree that depression may follow or be created by this.  It is however, an odd feeling, and a bad cycle to be in.&lt;br /&gt;
I would enjoy reading further articles on the causes......and better...the therapy/solution to getting rid of ERS.&lt;/p&gt;</content>
