In the past, she has used with her elementary school clients &quot;worry stones.&quot; The idea that the client still schedules a time everyday for worrying. In addition the client keeps a stone in their pocket all day everyday, and when they feel a worry enter their mind, they touch the stone and remember that they have a scheduled time to worry so they can put it aside until the allotted time. My coworker seems to have great success with this strategy.</p>
