First video uploaded to PBB YouTube Channel

Our YouTube channel continues to take shape and yesterday I uploaded our first video.  It's a bit rough, but it is simply a short introduction to PBB itself and the goals of the YouTube component.  Future videos will discuss more specific material regarding mental illness, psychotherapy, and related topics.
