So what is cognitive therapy, exactly?

I came across this posting recently on the Beck Institute Blog and thought I would share it with you guys.  I always find it interesting to hear Aaron Beck talk about cognitive therapy...since he created it and all. Plus, he uses the word armamentarium, which I find impressive!  The link is below.
